Learn first to stop your car with constant braking G-force.
Unless you can control braking G-force accurately, you cannot maintain cornering G-force constant (= turn the ball neatly). Since cornering G-force depends on the corner radius and the cornering speed, you cannot stably control cornering G-force unless you have a good sense of achieving an accurate corner approach speed by braking.
If you have gained the ability to maintain braking G-force, on the other hand, you will be able to turn the ball neatly. Braking is crucial after all.
